Knife River received a call from a new electric car dealership that needed a precast roof system, as their steel roof joists were 10-12 months out. A week later, we had flipped the building to a total precast system, and after 24 weeks, we had finished the installation. We build with the efficiency of precast.

New Knife River Prefab Plant

From its location outside of Spokane Washington, the facility will open in the second quarter of 2023 and will focus on prefabricated concrete construction solutions for both bridge infrastructure and buildings projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.
