Oakway Mixed Use Building

Located in the heart of Eugene, the Oakway Mixed Use Building offers space for commercial businesses, covered parking and 3 floors of the Hyatt Hotel. The parking garage utilized over 16,000 square feet of precast thin brick cladding panels on the exterior. The panels featured exposed concrete sills, bullnoses, and skewed corners with modular brick returns. Over 300 cubic yards of high-performance concrete were used to pour 76 large precast panels. The largest panels measured over 31 feet wide by 11 feet tall and weighed over 27,000 pounds.
