Hollow Core Planks are used as horizontal structural members for floor and roof applications such as podiums, mid-rise buildings, Controlled Atmosphere Apple Storage, parking structures and storm water detention vault lids. The benefits of Hollow Core Planks include rapid and economical construction, low maintenance, excellent fire resistance and low sound transmission.

Hollow Core is produced in standard 4′-0″ wide planks that can be saw cut to fit the length and width requirements for the project. A topping slab can be used, both composite and non-composite, depending on the design requirements.
